NeuroStrokeCare is a custom healthcare management platform built to support the daily clinical and operational workflows of stroke and neurology units.
The system provides a centralized environment for managing patients, admissions, clinical assessments, laboratory results, wards and beds, follow-up notes, staff accounts, and operational alerts.
A role-based access model ensures that doctors, reviewers, operations staff, and administrators only access the functions relevant to their responsibilities. The platform also includes patient identification using hospital and national IDs, admission eligibility checks, bed availability validation, staff profile management, secure authentication, audit-focused workflows, and responsive dashboards.
The dashboard gives clinical teams immediate visibility into active admissions, available beds, pending assessments, and key stroke-unit indicators, helping staff work from a single reliable source of information.
The solution was developed using ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, JWT Authentication, Docker, and a modern responsive frontend architecture, with a strong focus on security, data integrity, scalability, and usability across desktop and mobile devices.
